Coached classes run morning and evening, Monday to Friday, with Saturday sessions too. Open Gym fills the gaps for members who want extra floor time.
Strength Classes
Coached resistance training following a progressive programme. Every session builds on the last. Maximum 8 people per class so every rep gets coached.
Conditioning Classes
Higher-intensity sessions designed to build cardiovascular fitness and work capacity. Structured, not random. Maximum 12 people per class.
Open Gym
Uncoached floor time for members who want to train independently. Use the space, the equipment, and the programming tools — on your own schedule.
