Hi, I'm Kamil, founder of The Training Floor in Oxford. I built it for everyday people who want real direction with their training, not just access to equipment in an overcrowded gym.
My goal is to create a coaching-led environment where you can build strength, confidence and long-term health with proper structure and support behind you.
